The Founding Vision
Orbit Suite was born from a frustration that every mid-market operations leader knows too well: tool sprawl. The average mid-market enterprise juggles 40-50 disconnected SaaS tools, costing anywhere from $800K to $3.5M per year. Data lives in silos. Teams waste hours copying information between systems. Integration middleware adds yet another layer of cost and complexity.
We asked a simple question: What if you could replace all of that with a single, beautifully designed, AI-native platform?
That question became Orbit Suite. We set out to build 9 integrated applications on a unified data layer -- covering everything from project management and business processes to leave tracking, expense reporting, vendor management, and learning. Every module shares one database, one AI backbone, and one design system. No integrations required. No data silos. No compromise.
Today, Orbit Suite is in active beta with 30+ users across 5 organisations, and we are building toward general availability. The journey is just beginning, but the vision has never been clearer: enterprise software that actually works together.
